Just return the customers phone calls in a reasonable and timely manner. Send something in the way of a Confirmation via US Mail Service to those customers who have been issued Case Numbers, like myself!

I'm getting the run around. Being put on hold under overly long waiting times.

Milgard is not returning my in line wait callbacks.

I've been given a case number less than one week ago.

I've submitted my original order numbers as requested, along with photos. Milgard hasn't yet contacted me via phone, nor by mail.

I can't rate the windows haven't had them long enough, what I've been told they are good windows. But the customer service wouldn't come out and check or adjust one sliding glass window 650 series they wouldn't call the installer the door outlet which was paid in full and have them finish the contract one interior trim and slider adjustment.

Need to replace window above bed cracked is there a phone number I could actually call because not helping Ellen is helping me but I cant text back. It wont let me.

We have a four year old three pane pocket door that cost us over $25K installed. Several days ago one of the panes shattered for no apparent reason while we were standing in the kitchen.

It just sounded like it was raining but all these cracks were appearing.

The only thing I can think that could have caused it besides an inherent defect is the extreme sunlight in the afternoon may have fatigued the glass. Milgard has said it is not covered.

I purchased a vinyl Milgard patio door. I had nothing but issues since the install.

The install was done incorrectly. The Milgard vinyl door is nothing but problems. You will regret purchasing a vinyl Milgard door. Take my advice dont purchase anything from Milgard.

There are much nicer doors out there. I made a mistake, so dont you make the same mistake.

Military Fighter jets flew relatively low over my house and these two bathroom windows shattered. Pleas send DIY instructions.

Bought a new home at lake las vegas nev. and my problem with your windows are the *** installation that i received.

Went walking around and looked at the other new homes installation of the same window and it turned out beautiful. I need somebody to look at this and not puelte but somebody that knows their ***

Milgard window company, the way they do business should be a crime. They lossed my business and I buy alot of windows

I bought a home from a builder - It included two newly installed Milgard sliding glass doors. They are the same size/model number of Milgard.

One of the sliding glass doors has a Guardian etched logo in the corner. The other has no logo. The Guardian etched logo slider is terrible. Absolute junk with a mottled internal coating that failed long ago.

It is a known issue by Milgard. I sent photos to Milgard as part of their warranty process.

The MiIgard warranty person blamed me - literally telling me I failed to report it sooner and that the builder that I purchased the home from was not a builder (He added 500 sqft to the house somehow without being a builder?)

I had reported it long ago but they conveniently have no record of it.

Called company to report damage to windows and got message that I had to submit request on line only. Got kicked off the website as I was completing my service request.
