In addition to their shoddy product and workmanship and terrible customer service, you can wait even longer than 2 hours on hold. Although I feel sorry for the saps who have to deal with these calls, I don’t have any more patience with this company now owned by a corporation in India.

I also have nothing but problems with a Milgard Essence door that is now discontinued. Having problems for 3 years and at least 5 times they have made the situation worse than even before.
First they have leaks and the door either locks to the point you can’t open it or it pops open repeatedly. Horrible service after multiple service calls and waiting months for a replacement that arrives with damages and problems.
If I could give zero stars I would! Since 2017 they were purchased by a company in India and clearly they have no concept of customer service!
